Abstract: This article analyzes and summarizes the operating procedures and production equipment characteristics of ampoule washing drying filling sealing production line, and describes in detail the application of industrial automation in this linkage production line. 1、Brief Introduction to ampoule washing drying filling sealing production line
The ampoule washing drying filling sealing production line is a small capacity injection production line that combines the three processes of ampoule bottle washing, drying, sterilization, and medicine filling and sealing. It achieves synchronous and coordinated operation of injection production, which not only saves investment in workshops and factory and premises, but also reduces intermediate turnover of semi-finished products, minimizing the possibility of drug contamination. 2、Operating procedures for ampoule washing drying filling sealing production line
Most of the bottle washing equipment is used for cleaning ampoule bottles. This advanced equipment can automatically complete the process of cleaning from the bottle feeding, ultrasonic cleaning, external and internal washing of ampoule bottles, and finally the bottle discharge.
The process of the ampoule washing equipment is as follows: the ampoule first slides down from the bottle feeding hopper, stays in a constant temperature water tank for thorough ultrasonic washing, and then the ampoule is immersed in water by the bottle feeding screw, which separates and transports the ampoule bottle to the lifting pulley. The ampoule is then grabbed by a mechanical arm, flipped 180 degrees, and the bottle mouth is kept downward, spraying the inside and outside of the ampoule repeatedly with circulating water at a temperature of approximately 80 degrees Celsius. The ampoule is transported to the lead-in equipment, through the bottle feeding screw and the bottle feeding thumbwheel, into the filling station, and then pre-filled with protective gas for medicine filling, and then filled with protective gas for the preheating procedure before sealing, and then through the wire drawing and sealing stage of the ampoule. The final cleaning of the ampoule finished product after high-temperature sterilization is completed and transported to the outlet of the machine.
3、Application of industrial automation system in ampoule washing drying filling sealing production line
Compared with previous similar production lines, this production line adopts more advanced electrical control groups and control technologies, which is more convenient for on-site application and debugging. The signal is transmitted on the fieldbus and Ethernet, eliminating the need to lay a large number of cable lines as before, reducing the number of fault points and saving costs.
