Liquid distribution system and CIP cleaning device
1.Main uses
The liquid dispensing system mainly includes the main modules of liquid preparation, sterilizing filtration or ultrafiltration, dynamic caching, liquid delivery and process control. It is mainly used in the preparation of conventional injection, oral liquid, freeze-dried powder injection, aerosol spray, eye drops, disinfectants, semi-finished products, medium, buffer and other products in pharmaceutical factories. It can also be used in the preparation of special products such as chemical pharmacy, biological preparation, blood products, fat milk and so on;
CIP cleaning device can be used as non-decomposing production equipment, but also can be used for manual operation, automatic operation of cleaning system, has been introduced to almost all food, beverage and pharmaceutical factories. CIP cleaning device can not only clean the machine, but also control the cleaning method of microorganism;
2. Performance characteristics
(1) Performance characteristics of liquid distribution system
- Liquid distribution system design, materials, manufacturing, assembly, commissioning and so on are in line with the new GMP or FDA drug production specifications;
- The liquid distribution system can choose manual, semi-automatic and automatic liquid distribution mode according to the need;
- Customized automatic material configuration, CIP/SIP system, modular design, one-click operation, multiple mode selection, safety and no leakage, low residue;
- Special design to reduce clearing time and water and electricity consumption, optimize scheduling, reduce equipment operating costs;
- Clear flow direction of liquid in the system, simple flow path, complete drainage design, horizontal pipeline must have >1% slope, horizontal pipeline diaphragm valve must be inclined installation to ensure low residual liquid;
- Automatic liquid distribution system can be equipped with automatic temperature detection, automatic electrical conductivity detection, automatic filter integrity testing system;
- Automatic liquid distribution system can be equipped with on-line automatic water weighing system (automatic weighing);
- The automatic liquid distribution system can configure the automatic air tightness detection before the system SIP and the automatic pressure keeping after the system SIP;
- Flexible formula management, electronic signature, electronic records and audit tracking functions;
- The liquid distribution system can adjust the running parameters according to the variety, realize the automatic operation of the system, record, print and alarm the running time and parameters automatically;
- The liquid distribution system can satisfy the final sterilization product preparation and the non-final sterilization product preparation;
